“Breakfast”

* Hot rice cereal with water (not milk), smashed 1/2 banana, swirl of honey to make this concoction semi-palatable!

* Small glass of mango-peach juice

What happened next was not pretty! After a few sips of juice and 2 bites of my “gourmet” rice dish, EXPLOSION!!

Guess its back to Gatorade for me & the magic green pills

I hope to NEVER take for granted the privilege of eating (and retaining it for future benefits) real food again!

So…as you eat today:

  • Savor each bite individually
  • Smell
  • Taste
  • Then, swallow
  • Do not rush the process for it is a precious opportunity
  • Count your blessings one by one!
