“The Child becomes The Parent – Coping with Grief” story about struggling with loss and grief surrounding being a caregiver to my elderly father. Wrestling with helplessness and exhaustion while fighting for his physical, emotional, mental wellbeing and safety. I’m sure many of you can relate with all the Covid isolation, sickness, and death the dreaded outbreak has brought upon us all.
Still, my story brings incredible hope and insight while learning there are unexpected blessings in the middle of the mess.
